We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This website does not use cookies, tracking, analytics or advertising tools. Personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary to provide the website or when you contact us.
Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) using infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is automatically processed, such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website. Data may be processed in countries outside the EU; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts
All fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection to external font providers (such as Google Fonts) is established when you visit the website.
Contact by Email
If you contact us by email (mail@notmysusan.com), we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, message) solely to handle your request. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
External Links
This website contains links to external platforms (e.g. streaming services and social media). No data is transferred to these providers until you click a link. Once you leave our website, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Your Rights
